Rapidly converts digital models into three-dimensional wax prototypes, eliminating the need for costly metal molds and their production cycles. Enables direct inspection of appearance, dimensions, and functional testing.
Following the investment casting process, silica sol slurry or plaster is applied over the wax pattern surface to form a complex ceramic cavity. This is then dried for 7 days.
Pour molten metal into the dried ceramic cavity mold. After cooling, remove the shell using physical or chemical methods to obtain the final metal casting.
Conduct dimensional measurements and functional testing on the final product. Assess all casting processes for defects to reduce risks in mass metal casting and optimize product design.
